Position: Sr. Lead PowerBI
Experience: Minimum 10+ Yrs into PowerBI
Shifts: 12 Noon to 10 PM
Job Location: Bangalore or Remote (But candidate should be ready to relocate to Bangalore in case of any performance issues)
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business intelligence and data analytics.
- Proven experience with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and Power BI Service.
- Extensive experience in data modelling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
- Fare understanding of database, SQL Views, SQL queries, procedures,
- Should have worked on any of the cloud database, preferably AWS
- Proficiency in Power BI and related technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and team management skills.
Responsibilities:
The Power BI Senior Lead will be responsible for overseeing the strategic development and implementation of business intelligence solutions using Power BI. This role involves leading a team of analysts and developers, collaborating with senior stakeholders to understand their data needs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, insightful reports and dashboards.
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Manage and mentor a team of Power BI analysts and developers.
- Provide advanced training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and reports.
- Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Oversee data modelling, data integration, and data transformation tasks.
Skills (Good to Have) (Note: list of skills that will add value to the role):
- Project management skills and experience with Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
- Familiarity with machine learning and AI concepts.
Certifications:
Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate.
Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate.
